8 Things I've learned while being a new Dad: 1. I think we're single-handedly filling up a landfill somewhere with used diapers and wipes. 2. Babies 'R Us and Pampers have a lock on all things baby-related. 3. Sleep is not an option 4. You can't reason with a 6-week old (I heard it extends through puberty). 5. Anyone who has a child over the age of two and is offering advice cannot be trusted...their memory is spotty at best. 6. Being a self-proclaimed night owl doesn't prepare you for squat (see #3) 7. Unless you have a camera grafted to your hand, you'll never get the money shot. 8. With Mikayla, every day is Day One...and I can't wait for the next!
